After processing, your order will be shipped to the provided address.

Shipping Delays

Order Cancellation


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.


If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the item


We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
