Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Request
To start a return, you must contact us first at support@dachshundmydog.com.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@dachshundmydog.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have (after approval) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
